Harvey has over 20 years experience in the property management industry. Previously as the Accounting Manager with Colliers International, he was instrumental in the growth of their property management division, overseeing the accounting for their Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton offices as well as implementing the accounting systems for the company’s expansion into Victoria and Phoenix.
 
 Harvey joined Prospero in 1996 as the Controller for Property Management and was responsible for the conversion and implementation of a new accounting system. He currently oversees the accounting for an extensive portfolio of retail, office, industrial and apartment buildings and is a key member of the management team who also oversees the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures.
